Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance, security, and operations of our company's facilities. Job Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Manage facility-related contracts and service agreements to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Evaluate and select external vendors for facility services based on their qualifications, experience, and pricing.
- Supervise contractors during repair and maintenance projects to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines.
- Develop and manage the facility management budget to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
- Identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising operational standards.
- Ensure that facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations to protect employees and visitors.
- Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions to enhance workplace preparedness.
- Plan and optimize the use of available space to meet business requirements and support growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate moves, renovations, and expansions.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans, including fire safety and evacuation procedures.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies and coordinate necessary actions to resolve issues.
- Lead a team of facility management staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Professional (FMP), or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Further training in managing WAH, Bizsafe L2, and CSCPM is beneficial.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management with a proven track record of managing large-scale facilities.
- Strong background in budgeting, vendor management, and project coordination.
- Mobility is required for occasional site visits.
