ICT Trainer Position

The ICT trainer will be responsible for creating engaging training materials and conducting workshops for pupils and staff. The ideal candidate should have relevant qualifications in Information Technology or Computer Science and possess experience in ICT support, training, or educational technology roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create interactive training materials and conduct ICT workshops/lessons for pupils to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct interest group ICT workshops for pupils and staff to foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Support the ICT department in ICT-related processes such as updating the school website and digital signage to ensure seamless communication.
  • Implement security and control measures to maintain school devices such as iPads and STEM products to prevent data breaches.
  • Provide consultancy and assist teachers in computer-related matters to improve their pedagogical practices.
  • Carry out other ICT-related tasks and responsibilities assigned by the School Leaders and HOD ICT to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field to demonstrate expertise.
  • Proficient in operating systems, productivity software, and educational applications to work efficiently.
  • Familiar with basic coding and programming platforms to develop innovative solutions.
  • At least 1 year of experience in ICT support, training, or educational technology roles to showcase industry know-how.
Working Arrangement:

Mondays to Fridays: 7:45am to 4:45pm to accommodate a standard working schedule.
