Operations Maintenance Director

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will assist the Facilities Manager in day-to-day operations, coordinating maintenance activities for equipment, systems, and facilities. The selected individual will lead a team in providing top-notch maintenance services.
This role requires a highly motivated professional to manage daily facilities operations, ensuring smooth work routines and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive facility management program, encompassing preventative maintenance and life cycle requirements.
- Supervise, plan & organize a team of on-site contractors to carry out planned and ad-hoc maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient work processes.
- Conduct regular facilities inspections, documenting findings and implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Respond promptly to facility and equipment alarms, system failures, and occupant requests.
- A diploma in Facility Management, Building Services, Property, Estate Management, or a relevant discipline.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Good adaptability and teamwork skills.
- A Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate recognized by SCDF would be an advantage.
- A valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle would be an added benefit.
