Senior Mechanical Site Management Leader

Job Title: Senior Mechanical Project Manager
A seasoned project leader is sought to spearhead site supervision teams on all mechanical and building construction works. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on all mechanical site inspection issues, contract-related matters, and supporting the identification of defects and supervising rectification works.
- Addressing and responding to Contractor's RFI's and technical submittals.
- Coordinating with other discipline engineers and liaising with design teams/Quality Professionals from HQ.
- Attending all site/project-related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors, and leading in technical and work progress discussions.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervise mechanical site inspections to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and implement project plans to meet deadlines and budgets.
Requirements:
- Good graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience in supervising mechanical works in infrastructure projects preferably in water or used water treatment works.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in excavation, submittals, waste water treatment plants, site inspections, leadership, construction, tolerance, architectural, water treatment, assurance, structural engineering, wastewater treatment, compliance, construction drawings, instrumentation, water treatment process plant, civil engineering.
