Job Description

You will be part of a dynamic team, dedicated to developing a business management platform that aims to streamline operations for small businesses.

By offering business accounts, banking services, and administrative solutions like invoicing and accounting, we support over 1 million small businesses globally.

As a key member of the Member Engagement Marketing team, you will drive strategies to enhance user interaction and increase revenue generation across our fintech platform.

Your role will involve crafting personalized marketing initiatives that span the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and reactivation.

By leveraging data-driven insights, you will design targeted campaigns to boost engagement, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Lifecycle, retention, and CRM marketing expertise
  • Strategic understanding of cross-selling and upselling techniques
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, customer data platforms, and data-driven decision-making
