Job Title: Senior Software Development Lead

HONEST GLOBAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Lead to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a technical leader who can develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and investigating problem areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to determine operational feasibility, and document and demonstrate solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
  • Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
  • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures, and updating job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment.
  • Protect operations by keeping information confidential and provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
  • Achieve engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed and support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team to brainstorm and create new products, grow engineering teams by interviewing, recruiting, and hiring, make informed decisions quickly, and take ownership of services and applications at scale.
  • Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals, be a persistent, creative problem solver, remain cool and effective in a crisis, stay on the leading edge of development practices, passionate about great technologies, especially open source, and understand business needs and know how to create the tools to manage them.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on leadership and technical expertise.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
