Creative Program Manager

The role of the Creative Program Manager involves reporting to the Artistic Director and working closely with the Programming & Production team.
This position plays a crucial part in aligning with the company's long-term vision and plans, set by the Board of Directors and artistic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Programming team in planning and presenting programs that reflect the company's programming philosophy and artistic direction.
- Research and review content for programs with the Programming team.
- Support Artistic Directors and Creatives in realizing their artistic visions.
- Identify and manage creative collaborators.
- Work with the Partnerships team on program proposals and grant writing when necessary.
- Manage company resources with all Leads.
- Work with the Communications & Marketing team on publicity, marketing plans, and communications of programs.
- Closely work with the Advocacy team to bring the arts to the community and wider audience.
- Establish possible sponsorship leads with the Partnerships team.
- Support the Production team with Company Technical Director and program-specific Production and/or Stage Managers.
- Be responsible for administrative tasks required in the Programming & Production team.
- Encourage activities that increase and develop appreciation of the arts.
- Commit to open communication among team members.
- Demonstrate best attitude and practices in the workspace.
