Job Title: Japanese Language Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Japanese Language Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Japanese.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level support for all native Japanese project managers and management.
  • Assist in all communications and report writing.
  • Attend site progress meetings with stakeholders, including Kinden consultants, contractors, owners, suppliers, etc.
  • Offer interpretation services in Japanese-English and English-Japanese as required.
  • Take minutes of meetings.
  • Maintain effective interpersonal skills to communicate promptly and professionally with internal and external parties.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 'O' level qualification.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  3. Preferably with experience in the construction industry.
  4. Technical engineering knowledge is an added advantage.
  5. Fluent in English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N3).
  6. JLPT N2 and above with more working experience is an added advantage.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office required.
  8. Willingsness to work in Tuas area with transportation provided from designated MRT stations.
