About ICAP

ICAP, a leading provider of market infrastructure, offers a wide range of execution and information services to wholesale market participants. Our team of experts provides broking services covering various asset classes, including Commodities, Credit, Equities, FX, Money Market Funds, and Rates.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support the brokers in the smooth running of the desk, ensuring timely input of trades into trading systems.
  • Resolve trade queries and discrepancies in a timely manner, providing input on various projects for brokers and traders.
  • Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments, understanding the underlying products being traded.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their business objectives and provide a reliable and efficient broking service.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and onboard new clients following the correct process with the Client On-Boarding team.
Experience / Competences
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Fixed Income trading, sales, or broking.
  • Proficiency in Tagalog is required, as the role involves dealing with clients from the Philippines.
  • Experience in the Philippines bond market is preferred.
