The role of a Digital Solutions Manager encompasses overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of application-based projects. This involves employing structured approaches and industry best practices to define project resources, manage project progress, and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include evaluating potential applications to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives, developing evaluation criteria based on functionality, compliance, security, and scalability, collaborating with stakeholders to identify suitable applications that meet regulatory standards and business objectives, and ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress against timelines and budgets.
  • Perform thorough vulnerability assessments to detect security risks and implement protective measures.

Requirements for this position include a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, minimum 5 years of IT work experience with at least 5 years of project management experience, proven experience in managing application projects, certifications in Project Management (PMP) are desirable, and experience in Agile Scrum Development and Implementation is an added advantage.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as the capacity to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results are essential.
