Business Unit Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Unit Sales Manager to join our team at Talent Trader Group Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team to achieve targets, building strong relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a sales team to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand into new markets, and acquire new customers.
- Develop sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
- Refine sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Negotiate sales contracts and ensure profitable deals.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Sales experience in Lift / Elevator is a plus.
