Contract User Interface Designer (API Integration)

This role is focused on developing user interface design solutions for API integration projects. As a Contract User Interface designer, you will be working on designing and implementing workflows for digital products and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Multilingual Content: Design multilingual content and translation workflows for cross-border digital banking platforms to cater to diverse customer bases.
  • Process Optimization: Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • User Stories and UAT: Write and manage user stories, perform UAT, and ensure smooth product rollouts by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Initiatives and Workshops: Lead initiatives such as online account onboarding (e-KYC) and internal tracking tool development, facilitating cross-functional workshops and hackathons to improve workflows.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with UX writers, developers, and business stakeholders to align content, design, and processes, creating onboarding guides, internal newsletters, and process documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science or similar related education background.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT & workflow designing & development, preferably with prior experience in Private banking and familiarity with banking and financial services regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Python, R, HTML/CSS/JS, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders, and translate complex requirements into streamlined workflows.
