As a project lead in electrical work installation projects, you will oversee cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of these projects.

  • Project Planning
    • Create detailed project plans that include scope, timeline, and budget.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective project execution.
  • Milestone Management
    • Monitor progress and identify potential issues to prevent delays.
    • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to address challenges and find solutions.
  • Resource Optimization
    • Track expenses and optimize resource allocation to meet project objectives.
    • Evaluate change orders and variations to ensure financial viability.
  • Collaboration with Design Professionals
    • Review electrical engineering designs, specifications, and drawings.
    • Provide technical input and guidance to design professionals.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the built environment, specifically in electrical work installation projects.

We value strong written and oral communication skills, good leadership qualities, and proficiency with CAD software and MS Office. A driving license and own car would be an advantage.
