We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enrichment Programme Facilitator to design and deliver engaging enrichment programmes for preschool children.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative enrichment programmes that cater to the diverse needs of preschool children.
- Utilize various teaching methods to facilitate active learning, encourage curiosity, and enhance knowledge and skills.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and development, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality programme delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff and freelance trainers, and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Prior experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable.
- GCE O level or Higher NITEC/Diploma in any field of study.
- Independent and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
