We are dedicated to building cutting-edge capabilities in natural language processing technology and services, leveraging technologies such as Deep Learning, NLP, CV, and Knowledge Graph to create top-tier products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement NLP models to achieve business objectives using natural language processing, machine learning, and data mining technologies.
  • Utilize NER and relationship extraction to solve complex business problems.
  • Transform various types of structured and unstructured data into usable formats.
  • Enhance the data collection process and create visualizations of data.
  • Analyze unstructured data using basic NLP techniques and extract important fields.
  • Develop NLP systems according to requirements and perform statistical analysis of results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the rapidly changing field of machine learning and deploy models, optimize inference speed, and process big data.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in NLP, with a strong understanding of industry and academic progress.
  • Good knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) and leadership skills to manage a team of 4-5 engineers.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with a solid foundation in algorithms and a passion for technology development and application.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, with a good grasp of deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Familiar with name entity recognition and relationship extraction, with experience in optimizing pre-trained models.
  • Papers published in top conferences such as ACL, AAAI, KDD, and NIPS will be preferred.
