Key Responsibilities:
  • Document processing and production
  • File management and coordination
  • Preparing bills and invoices
  • ACRA searches and compliance
  • Updating client contacts in InterAction
  • Conflict checks and coordination
  • Claims submissions and follow-ups
  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Other ad-hoc projects assigned by fee-earners

You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will be invaluable assets to our team.

Requirements:
  • Experience working as a secretary in a professional services environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with document and client relationship management systems, PDF software, and financial recording applications
  • Client service-oriented approach, teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication skills
  • Self-management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Accountability, professionalism, business awareness, attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work in a diverse team

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 45,000 - SGD 65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the firm.
