Civil Engineering Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Sales Specialist with strong technical expertise to promote our innovative products and solutions.

As a Sales Specialist, you will act as the bridge between our company's offerings and client needs. Your key responsibilities include introducing new products, engaging directly with customers, and resolving technical issues on-site or remotely.

  • Meet with clients (contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners) to introduce and promote new civil engineering products and solutions.
  • Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and hands-on guidance to ensure effective implementation.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to product application, installation, or performance.
  • Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
