Job Title: Skilled Beauty Therapist

We are seeking a professional and skilled beauty therapist to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality treatments in a fast-paced spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries, requests, and bookings of appointments with a positive attitude.
  • Assess customers' needs and provide professional advice on beauty services.
  • Update customers' particulars, purchases, and treatments records accurately.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assist with monthly stock taking and inventory management to maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment room, thoroughly sterilize equipment, and dispose of consumables properly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Well-groomed, self-motivated individual with good presentation, independence, and a positive personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Pleasant and positive attitude towards work and customers.
