Senior Tax Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to assume a high-level leadership position with extensive regional experience in Asia.

The successful candidate will oversee tax compliance, reporting, and transfer pricing documentation across multiple jurisdictions in Asia. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing direct and indirect tax compliance with a focus on Singapore tax filings
  • Preparing and reviewing tax provisions, deferred taxes and disclosures
  • Ensuring compliance with fund tax incentive schemes and cross-border reporting requirements

The role involves providing tax support for corporate entities and investment vehicles across diverse businesses such as real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, private equity, and credit. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams across finance, legal, compliance, fund management, and corporate secretarial functions while also liaising with external advisors, auditors, regulators, and tax authorities.

Strong project management skills, the ability to handle complex assignments efficiently, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and high attention to detail are essential.
