Job Title: Nurse Clinician/ Nurse Manager

AVANTCARE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Clinician/ Nurse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of registered and enrolled nurses, nursing aides, healthcare assistants, and healthcare attendants to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations, including those set by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to guide nursing care delivery and ensure the smooth transition of residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community.
  • Direct and facilitate staff development, skills, and competency upgrading through various opportunities.
  • Support the Nursing Director in nursing home management and deputize in their absence.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position in a nursing home/ geriatric ward
  • Good public relations and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
