Supply Chain Manager

This is a key role that involves overseeing the entire supply chain process to ensure timely product replenishment, accurate demand forecasting, and efficient inventory management. You will be responsible for coordinating with global teams, vendors, and logistics partners to align inventory, confirm allocations, and ensure on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and logistics management, preferably in a healthcare setting. They should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and Monitor Supply Strategies: Develop and implement effective supply strategies to ensure timely product replenishment and accurate demand forecasting.
- Coordinate with Global Teams: Work closely with global teams, vendors, and logistics partners to align inventory, confirm allocations, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage Purchase Orders and Inbound Logistics: Manage purchase orders and inbound logistics to prevent stock-outs, overstock, and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Maintain Accurate Data: Maintain accurate data in SAP, including material master records, stock status, and support Master Data Governance processes.
- Track and Report Key Performance Metrics: Track and report key performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory health, and inbound issue resolution.
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management: A minimum diploma in supply chain and logistics management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics: At least 2 years of experience in supply chain and/or logistics.
- SAP Material Management: Experience in SAP material management.
- Microsoft Excel and Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and suite.
- Familiarity with Supply Planning and Inventory Management: Familiarity with supply planning and inventory management processes.
