Job Description

As a freelance private early childhood educator, you will have the opportunity to work with children aged 2 to 6 and create individualized educational programs that foster holistic development.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Planning and implementing educational programs that cater to the unique needs of each child, promoting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
  2. Designing engaging activities that are age-appropriate and tailored to each child's interests and abilities.
  3. Collaborating with parents and caregivers to provide updates on the child's progress and offer guidance on how to extend learning at home.
  4. Creating a nurturing environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and confidence in children.
  5. Staying up-to-date with current early childhood education practices, particularly in working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A dipoma or degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with children, especially those with learning or special needs, is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of child development, early learning principles, and SEN support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to teaching.
  • Ability to adapt lesson plans based on the child's individual progress and developmental needs.
