Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will spearhead our efforts to transform the food system and drive sustainable practices. This role requires deep expertise in food systems and their impact on nature, climate, and people.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading strategic initiatives, managing budgets, and leading high-caliber teams. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and secure funding for the program.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in agriculture, food systems, sustainability, economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in food systems, sustainable agriculture, or corporate sustainability.
  • Strong knowledge of deforestation-free supply chains, regenerative agriculture, and sustainable consumption.
  • Proven ability to work with private sector and government stakeholders and develop scalable transformative programs.
  • Excellent skills in project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
