The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless air freight services to customers.

  • Identify booking channels for shipments with airlines.
  • Closely coordinate with customers on special requests.
  • Contact airlines for bookings and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Set milestones in the operational system correctly.
  • Coordinate with sales teams in case of delays.
  • Closely work with local procurement teams on pricing issues.
  • Coordinate with local vendors on irregularities or escalated issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of local and international freight services and customs policies.
  • Knowledge in Pricing and Procurement related topics.
  • Familiarity with industry standard programs and ability to operate relevant systems.
  • Data analysis skills and customer service mindset.
  • Professional working attitude.
  • Motivated to learn new processes, receive feedback, and work independently.
  • Minimal supervision to complete tasks.
  • Highly trainable and approachable.
  • Advantageous experience or training in Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
