Tool Store Assistant Position

This role involves working in the aviation industry as a Tool Store Assistant, managing the front counter and maintaining serviceability of tools.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized tool store environment.
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service.
  • Monitoring and replenishing consumables and expendables at the counter.
  • Ensuring adherence to current processes and procedures.
  • Reporting defective or damaged tools promptly.
  • Performing additional duties assigned by the supervisor as needed.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum 'N' Level / NITEC qualification in logistics or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with basic MS Excel functions.
  • Knowledge of SAP software is an added advantage.
  • Possession of a valid LTA Class 3 driving license or Forklift license is preferred.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts comfortably.
