Policy Administrator

At Prudential plc, we seek a dedicated Policy Administrator to manage and maintain a portfolio of policies with high complexity. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage BAU and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support assigned portfolios to ensure BAU activities are carried out with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle client enquiries and escalated cases, as well as perform monthly audit reviews on fellow teammates' cases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, objectives, and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of working experience with insurers or insurance related industry.
  • Prior experience with employee benefits scheme.
  • Knowledge of Group Insurance products.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
