Financial and Administrative Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial and Administrative Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including cash, receivables, and payables.
- Prepare timely and accurate quarterly financial reports for management.
- Coordinate all accounting functions and tasks, including fixed assets registers and inventory counts.
- Liaise with auditors, corporate secretaries, and other relevant parties.
- Process GST filings and collaborate with project management teams on invoice issuance and bill collection.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Organize client visits and respond to email queries.
- Manage office assets, arrange maintenance quotes, and oversee travel arrangements.
- Celebrate team-building events, organize birthday celebrations, and manage customer greetings during festive seasons.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of accounting experience in a SME or start-up environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax laws, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical, motivated, and meticulous individual who can work independently to meet job objectives and deadlines.
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
