Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Quality Technician to support our mission of extending lives and expanding possibilities for patients and care teams. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Process Audit: Review machine parameters, challenge sensors and testers, review PM/records, and verify operators are performing tasks according to specifications.
  • Product Audits: Check whether product meets specifications.
  • Labels Audit: Verify barcode equipment, ink jet equipment, and printed materials.
  • GMP Audit: Ensure compliance to GMP on people, machines, and materials.
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or NITEC (NTC/ ITC) certification and at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field. Preferably, the candidate will be certified as a Quality Inspector (CQI). Strong interpersonal communication skills and working knowledge of quality systems, SPC, metrology, and blueprint reading are essential.
