Job Description

At our physio clinics, we are seeking a full-time assistant to support therapists in providing high-quality patient care. As an assistant, you will play a vital role in general clinic operations, ensuring seamless interactions between patients, therapists, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Manage front desk reception duties, maintaining a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and reminders, ensuring timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate billing and payment records.
  • Track client statistics, analyzing trends and patterns.
  • Oversee therapy equipment maintenance, guaranteeing optimal functionality.

Therapy Assistance

  • Prepare patients for treatment by setting up necessary equipment.
  • Support physiotherapists in assessments and treatments, offering physical assistance as needed.
  • Assist in preparing therapy equipment for use.
  • Implement exercise programs prescribed by physiotherapists, ensuring proper setup.
  • Assist with lifting and transferring patients when required.
  • Develop engaging educational materials promoting healthy lifestyles.
  • Participate in planning workshops and public talks to raise awareness about physiotherapy benefits.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' Level qualification.
  • Diploma in Therapy Assistance or related field is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in Physiotherapy/Healthcare enhances the application.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is required.
  • Pleasant demeanor, enjoying interactions with people.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work at least 5.5 days per week.
  • Ability to commute to multiple locations.
