Job Responsibilities:

  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with our standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Equipment Calibration: Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee.
  • Customer Service: Preserve and uphold excellent levels of customer service at all times.
  • Staff Training: Conduct service training to all other staff members.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock, including ordering and storage of products, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cash Handling: Able to perform cashier and order-taking duties efficiently.
