Job Description:
AV Presales Manager at AIK LEE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.

As an AV Presales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying clients' needs and designing compelling solutions to close deals. You will oversee assigned projects, including planning, execution, supervision, and ensuring proper completion and handover of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead and lead presales demos, leads follow-up, business networking, and partner and supplier relationships;
2. Design and review AV solutions and prepare/review schematic drawings;
3. Participate and pitch on behalf of the company in meetings or conferences;
4. Manage complaints and site troubleshooting;
5. Prepare sales quotations and follow up on purchase orders;
6. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, distributors, resellers, manufacturers, and other relevant stakeholders on quotation and negotiate pricing;
7. Spearhead AV initiatives and provide inputs required for project procurement;
8. Offer plans and layout advice for projects;
9. Assist in procurement of AV hardware and software, ensuring needs of the projects are adequately prepared;
10. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software, when required;
11. Provide onsite support and training to users at end-user's premise(s).
