About the Role

As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with account teams and clients to provide focused consultancy offers in your field of expertise to customers. You will play a key role in the business development pre-sales and sales activities with a specific emphasis on developing consulting business and revenues leveraging both internal and external resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and document customer requirements and business processes
  • Perform functional gap analysis with respect to standard product offerings
  • Prepare specifications for Development to provide accurate statements of work or for change requests
  • Provide expert consultancy and advice to customers for their business needs
  • Set up and configure SITA application according to business needs and customize them as per customer's requirements
  • Develop and execute user acceptance test plans
  • Manage scope creep via agreed change request process
  • Conduct workshops and training for end-users
  • Responsible to take sign-off from customer counterpart
  • Produce functional specifications for Internal software development department
  • Investigate operational problems, identify root causes, and support the testing and implementation with corrective actions
  • Ensure highest level of quality is always achieved within assignments
  • Plan and follow through business analysis activities during the full life cycle of the project
  • Coordinate and work with pre-sales team for solution evaluation and proposal
  • Provide effort estimation to PMO team along with detailed breakdown
  • Prepare ICDs and coordinate with development team for effective interface delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in business analysis and consulting
  • Experience with implementing software solutions for customers
  • Experience with airport operational systems or air transport industry is preferable
  • Experience in integration technologies and knowledge of cloud (MS Azure) based solutions
  • Business process understanding and software configuration
  • Understanding of Basic PLSQL language
  • SQL statement and PowerBI programming is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel to different project locations
