Job Title: Production Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products. They will also work closely with production teams to design and produce deliverables according to contractual specifications.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes and be able to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery times
  • Coordinating production schedules and deliveries
  • Monitoring cash flow requirements and production progress
  • Determining sources of supplies and procuring materials
  • Compiling technical specifications and designs for customer review

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related field and at least 5 years' experience in industrial production or project coordination. Proficiency in English is essential, as well as good interpersonal skills and the ability to travel occasionally for troubleshooting and testing duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in environmental, industrial, mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial/equipment production or engineering project coordination/management
  • Experience in PUB projects
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
