Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing governance activities and implementing Operational Risk Management (ORM) activities across the organization. This involves supporting the ORM Team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks to ensure the company's strategic objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consolidating bi-monthly Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) dashboards to provide a comprehensive overview of operational risks, technology risks, compliance risks, etc.
  • Assisting in the preparation of group-wide reports for submission to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting potential concerns and risks, and sharing best practices in risk management.
  • Supporting the ongoing annual ORM Business Continuity Management review to ensure the company remains resilient in the face of emerging threats.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in Operational Risk Management, Audit, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple workstreams while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling difficult situations with integrity and accountability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate business and regulatory compliance risks.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and continuous improvement.
