Job Title: Treasury IT Support Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Treasury IT Support Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

This role is primarily responsible for providing L1/L2 support for Treasury applications which include ALM, Risk Management, Data Management, and Trading systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality application and user support to ensure IT systems availability, reliability, and performance that support business processes globally.
  • Perform proactive application health checks to prevent potential failures.
  • Manage the Incident through to completion. Engage various IT teams in resolving incidents efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform effective problem management on recurring incidents. Lead and manage problems throughout the lifecycle.
  • Ensure problem resolutions are released in production on-time and with high quality.
  • Ensure all changes to the Production Environment follow the TD policy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of Treasury applications, including ALM, Risk Management, Data Management, and Trading systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience working with IT systems and applications.
