Job Title: Operations Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Operations Data Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement in operational efficiency, cost reduction, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in operational efficiency, cost reduction, and revenue generation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders and clients, including performance metrics and trend analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and/or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Familiar with 3PL and/or have any logistics, supply chain background.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
