Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inbound stock receipt, checking, and repacking to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Process orders in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  • Conduct quality checks on orders and prepare them for delivery to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Manage inventory levels, including performing stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stock takes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Process billing procedures for services provided to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Coordinate deliveries to clinics or patients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of medications.
  • Assist in general housekeeping and management of inventory to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform ad hoc duties, including cross-functional support and quality improvement initiatives, as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a pharmacy setting.
  • Experience in medication delivery processes, pharmacy automation setup, or outpatient pharmacy operations is highly advantageous.
