Strategic Human Capital Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Human Capital Manager to join our team at 57 Employment Agency PTE. LTD.
The estimated salary for this position is around SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:A key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business growth and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to attract, retain and develop top talent;
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues through active listening and negotiation skills;
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting diversity, equity and inclusion;
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance;
- Maintain pay plans and benefits programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness;
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs to improve employee skills and productivity;
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analysis;
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or Executive in a similar industry;
- People-oriented and results-driven, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and analysis;
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases, with ability to architect strategy and lead cross-functional teams;
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, with competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
