Job Description

As an Enterprise Architecture Leader, you will be responsible for driving the realization of IT architecture across the organization. This includes defining, developing, and communicating the IT domain architecture aligned to the IT target architecture, with a focus on reducing complexity through cost-efficient solutions.

You will manage the IT architecture realization to meet business requirements aligned with the business and IT strategy, identifying and evaluating new technologies that innovate the IT landscape and simplify the IT support function. Your goal is to ensure that IT solutions are cost-efficient and highly reliable, meeting customer expectations.

Additionally, you will contribute to the development of the organization's target IT architecture, identifying redundancies in the organization's target architecture, and proposing simplification strategies to the Global Enterprise Architecture team.

Key Responsibilities:

Member of the Enterprise Architecture Group responsible for the domain IT Architecture.Build working relationships with Business IT domain heads, Solution Architects, and IT representatives to gain a sufficient understanding of needs.Document and maintain the domain target architecture aligned to the organization's target architecture and IT standards.Prepare and propose the current IT domain architecture migration to the organization's target architecture.Oversee the realization of the domain IT architecture across programs and projects.Guidance to peers, juniors, and partners in the context of the architecture.Mentor and provide direction to junior architects and IT peers on the benefits of a well-defined domain target architecture.Required Skills and QualificationsAt least 10 years of multi-disciplined IT experience, including 5 years of IT architecture leadership in a large, sophisticated organization.Experience in designing, specifying, and configuring solutions, systems, and interfaces, including data and performance analysis.Experience in delivering IT solutions across large multinational organizations.Global experience and teaming that has delivered world-class results.Energetic, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.Committed to best practices and best-in-class design methodologies and production control procedures.In-depth technical background with solid accomplishments in delivering reduced complexity and cost by aligning business and IT architectures.Superior communication skills with technical and non-technical senior management.Ability to build strong relationships with all divisions of the company domestically and internationally.BenefitsAdvanced University Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.Architecture certifications and/or industry qualification from an engineering/information systems professional body (preferred).
