In-House Legal Expert

A challenging role as a Legal Advisor is available in our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team.
- This role will involve providing expert legal advice on a wide range of issues, including contract law, intellectual property law, corporate governance, criminal law, employment law, family law, regulatory matters under relevant legislation.
- Render comprehensive and practical solutions on various issues, such as contract disputes, patent infringement, company mergers, employee misconduct, and family conflicts.
- Prosecute statutory offences under relevant legislation and handle legal issues related to enforcement and investigations.
- Analyse new policies, advise on required legislation changes, and draft/propose amendments; liaise with the Attorney-General's Chambers on legislation changes.
- Draft, vet, and provide legal advice on contracts, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), terms & conditions, and other documents.
- Conduct educational legal talks and support innovative legal projects.
- Trained in Law and qualified under the Legal Profession Act.
- Experience in Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in private practice and/or in-house.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to write clearly and reason compellingly.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team.
