Product Management Role


Job Description

A Product Manager is a vital member of our team responsible for the development and maintenance of payment products, merchant management platforms, and backend administrative systems.

This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class payment solutions by managing the entire product life cycle, from design to launch and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business development, technical teams, risk, compliance, and management to ensure successful product launches.

To maintain a competitive edge, the candidate will develop and implement market research and analysis strategies. Analyzing data to optimize product performance and make data-driven decisions are also key responsibilities.

The role requires ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements in payment products.



Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payment and e-Payment product management
  • Strong understanding of the global payment ecosystem, including Cards, eWallets, Bank Transfer, and Cash-based payment methods
  • Excellent market research and analysis skills
  • Ability to design and implement data-driven approaches to product optimization
  • Domain knowledge in trading, crypto, and/or blockchain is advantageous

Preferred Skills
  • Product design and prototyping using wireframe and sequence diagram tools
  • UI/UX design and test case review
  • Production support and operational process optimization
  • Data analytical skills and ability to design product performance dashboards
