Student Experience Ambassador

The Student Services Ambassador role plays a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional student experience. This position requires a highly motivated and empathetic professional who can provide high-quality support to students addressing their academic, administrative, and personal concerns.

The ambassador will offer guidance on academic programs, course selection, and career pathways to students. They will foster a supportive and positive environment to encourage students to engage in lifelong learning.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing high-quality support to students addressing their academic, administrative, and personal concerns
  • Offering guidance on academic programs, course selection, and career pathways to students
  • Fostering a supportive and positive environment to encourage students to engage in lifelong learning
  • Ddelivering an excellent service culture to enhance student satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal departments and partners to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and/or requests
  • Maintaining accurate records of student interactions, issues raised, and resolutions provided
  • Promoting courses as upskilling opportunities to boost enrollment

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A level/Diploma in any discipline (an asset)
  • A dynamic individual with strong service aptitude, passion for service delivery, and proactive approach
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong team player with self-initiatives and commitment to excel
  • Ability to function effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
