Evening Care Worker

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily lives of residents in an institutional setting. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to provide guidance and support to ensure their welfare, discipline, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily routine and needs of the residents
- Ensure safety and security on premises through regular patrols and checks
- Deliver trauma-informed practices in daily interactions with residents
- Support emergency situations as needed
- Maintain positive relationships with residents and facilitate their rehabilitation
Requirements:
- O Level or equivalent qualification
- Able to work rotating shifts, including nights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range: $2500 - $2700
- Shift allowance
