About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive for METIZOFT ASIA PTE. LTD. with primary sales responsibility for APAC & Middle East market.

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will report and work in close co-operation with Sales Managers in the APAC & Middle East Markets, handling permanent opportunities based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues within Sales Team, APAC & Middle East to achieve sales objectives.
  • Promote quotations proposal packages based on service offer requests for APAC & Middle East sales opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and Director of Business Development, APAC & Middle East.
  • Identify Metizoft software solutions products and equipment sold.
  • Maintain accurate records and update sales pipeline via HubSpot or Metizoft CRM Systems.
  • Coordinate proposal inputs with internal stakeholders, Sales team, and IHM Ops team.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Business Lines, and other internal functions.
  • Participate in customer negotiations if required.
  • Update HubSpot CRM and other system information relevant to the support function.
  • Attend exhibitions, seminars, and external training sessions deemed necessary by the company (may require overseas travel).
  • Prepare monthly reports on sales plans and activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering, preferably in fields such as Environmental Engineering and Management, Marine Engineering, Finance, or Sustainability.
  • Demonstrate high energy to evolve/grow in a fast-expanding business.
  • Possibly 3 years of experience in complex sales activities, marine compliance, and marine regulations; training provided.
  • Possess a proactive attitude and a 'Can-Do' approach to work.
  • Build relationships and exhibit a team player approach with strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Attentive to details and aware of their role in the broader business picture.
  • A systematic and organized approach to work.
  • Understanding and willingness to learn about existing and possible after-sales business.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral; other languages considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
