Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Planning Intern at the Bosch Group. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will play a critical role in managing demand planning for a selected product group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Demand Planning: Analyze and forecast demand for a selected product group, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to meet customer needs.
  • Support Logistics Operations: Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve issues related to product, process, and system, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
  • Risk Management: Work closely with Go-To-Market stakeholders to identify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery.
  • Freight Cost Analysis: Analyze freight costs and review forecast submissions to finance, ensuring cost-effective and efficient logistics operations.
  • KPI Reviews: Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement measures to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • PowerBI Dashboards: Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards to provide insights and analytics for business decision-making processes.
  • Data Analytics: Support data analytics to gain insights for business decision-making processes, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Current undergraduate student in supply chain, logistics, business, or equivalent.
  • Critical Thinking: Possess a critical thinking and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze complex supply chain issues.
  • Data Analysis: Comfortable with data analysis and using statistical functions, with experience in MS Excel.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, with experience in PowerBI, SQL, or Python a plus.
Additional Requirements:
  • Visa Requirements: Candidate must fulfill the visa requirements for employment in Singapore.
  • Enrollment Status: Applicant must be enrolled throughout the internship period, or plan to pursue further studies.
  • Work Holiday Programme: For foreign students studying overseas, must be eligible for the Work Holiday Programme (WHP).
