Job Opportunity: Telecommunication Specialist

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled Telecommunication Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and maintain Voice/Network peripherals, VoIP/Cloud PABX, Network Switches etc.
  2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers via helpdesk and remote assistance.
  3. Validate system design documents to ensure alignment with customer requirements and specifications.
  4. Buid long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and positive attitude.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

  1. At least an ITE qualification with a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
  2. Previous experience in deploying and managing Voice/Data projects, supporting VoIP telecommunication systems, network switches, and LAN/VoIP systems is highly advantageous.
  3. Strong understanding of IT and communication systems/PABX is essential.
  4. Familiarity with Alcatel, Mitel, and Yeastar PABX systems will be an added advantage.
