Job Description

We are seeking licensed Security Officers to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional security services at commercial, industrial, or residential sites. Your duties will include general guarding, access control, patrolling, and incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Access Control and Registration: Perform visitor and vehicle registration duties in accordance with established protocols.
  • Patrolling and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of premises and monitor CCTV systems to detect and report security breaches or suspicious activities.
  • Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies as required.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate logbooks and write clear, concise incident reports.
  • SOP Compliance: Uphold site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.

Work Environment

This is a rotational shift position that requires working day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Work locations will be assigned based on availability, and may include deployments across the island.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and experience working with property management systems. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of police procedures and surveillance techniques.
