Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling our financial reporting systems, working closely with product and country managers, as well as affiliated offices globally. They will also assist with annual audit and preparation of financial statement reports, analyze company ledger accounts actual to budget, month over month, and annual trend, manage cash flows, reconcile bank accounts, and process monthly billings to corporate office.

In addition, the Strategic Financial Operations Specialist will prepare insightful financial analysis reports to management, assist with design and development of enhanced accounting processes and procedures, and become a knowledge center for all financial activity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in financial operations
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Strong knowledge of foreign currency accounting, local accounting principles, and US GAAP
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative with minimal direction
  • Advanced Excel skills
