Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned SharePoint Expert to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage SharePoint sites, including creating new sites, setting up site permissions, and ensuring data security.
  • Develop and implement custom workflows using Nintex, to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design SharePoint solutions that meet those needs.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint applications, including identifying and resolving issues related to configuration, performance, and security.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint features and technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve existing solutions and develop new ones.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and development, with a strong focus on configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint (installation, configuration, support), Nintex workflows, SQL Server (including database maintenance), IIS, Active Directory, Business Connectivity Services, and service applications like Search and User Profile Synchronization.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator, Nintex Certification, or equivalent preferred.
Skills

We are looking for someone with a unique combination of technical skills and business acumen. If you have:

  • Experience with software engineering, including programming languages like C#, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with databases, including SQL Server and metadata management.
  • Knowledge of logging and troubleshooting techniques, including identifying and resolving issues related to configuration, performance, and security.
  • Understanding of IIS, Active Directory, and mail configuration.
