About the Role:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing them with personalized support and solutions to their queries and concerns. You will also work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and warranty claims.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs effectively.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and electric vehicles is a plus.

What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of SGD $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
